Dr. Thomas Higgins is a fellowship-trained rhinologist in Louisville, Kentucky and Jeffersonville, Indiana.

He is a board-certified otolaryngologist (Ear, Nose, and Throat Physician) with subspecialty Rhinology fellowship training from The Johns Hopkins Medical Institutions in the medical and surgical management of sinus and nasal disease.

Dr. Thomas S. Higgins, MD, MSPH, MBA is a sinus specialist in Louisville, KY with advanced rhinology fellowship training. Dr. Higgins cares for adults and children with complex paranasal sinus, nose, and skull base conditions. He is President and Chairman of the Board of ENT Care Centers. He practices as an otolaryngologist-rhinologist with Kentuckiana ENT, a Division of ENT Care Centers, and is the Research Director of the Kentuckiana Institute of Clinical Research. He is a Clinical Professor with the Department of Otolaryngology, University of Louisville School of Medicine. He is also a Co-Founder and President of the non-profit organization, Snot Force Alliance Inc, which aims to bring specialists together to discussion management of sinus, allergy, and airway conditions. He has been a Consultant to the Board and is a Fellow of the American Rhinologic Society.

Dr. Higgins grew up in Louisville, Kentucky. Dr. Higgins then returned back to his hometown to become the first ENT physician in Kentucky with advanced fellowship training in endoscopic sinus and skull base surgery (see "Services and Specialties").
